Keppel DC REIT launches preferential offering of 148 million new units

The exercise will close on 10 December.

Keppel DC REIT launched its preferential offering of 148.4 million new units, priced at $2.03 each.

The non-renounceable preferential offering, on the basis of 86 new units for every 1,000 existing units, opened on 2 December and will close on 10 December.

The offering is part of the REIT’s equity fundraising to raise gross proceeds of approximately $1.1b.

The exercise also includes a private placement of 334.9 million private placement units priced at $2.09 apiece which closed on 20 November, and the issuance of 40.67 million sponsor subscription units.
