Lendlease REIT issues around 551 million new units

The issue price was placed at $0.7250 per unit.

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT announced it issued 551,723,000 new units at $0.7250 per unit. This brought the total of units issued to around 1.7 billion.

Holders of the new units issued as part of the private placement will not be entitled to the advanced distribution nor participate in the preferential offering.

The new units will commence trading on the Main Board of the SGX-ST on 31 March.
