Thakral associate Gemlife to launch IPO 'very shortly'

The company has just finalised its underwriting agreement.

Thakral Corporation associate, Gemlife, is expected to launch its initial public offering (IPO) "very shortly" after it finalised an underwriting agreement for its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange. 

The IPO will consist of stapled securities tied to GemLife Communities, as per a June 13 bourse filing.

It will include one fully paid ordinary share in GemLife's holding company, along with one or more fully paid units in registered schemes managed by the holding company and its responsible entity.

JP Morgan Securities Australia and Morgan Stanley Australia Securities are serving as both joint lead managers and joint underwriters for the offering.
