Temasek launches multi-tranche offshore CNY bonds
The bonds will be issued under its US$25b Global Medium Term Note Programme.
Temasek Financial, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, issued an offering of multi-tranche five, 10, and 30-year offshore CNY bonds on 23 July.
These bonds will be known as T2030-CNH, T2035-CNH, and T2055-CNH, respectively.
The bonds will be under the US$25b Guaranteed Global Medium Term Note Programme and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek.
Net proceeds from the issuance of these bonds will go to Temasek and its investment holding companies to fund their ordinary course of business.
The T2030-CNH, T2035-CNH, and T2055-CNH Temasek Bonds will be offered outside the United States only to non-US persons under Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
