Four Siglap V freehold retail units for sale at $13m

The spaces are fully leased to hair salon and spa tenants for instant income.

Four freehold ground-floor retail units at Siglap V are up for sale at a guide price of $13m through an expression of interest (EOI) exercise, exclusive marketing agent CBRE said.

The units are priced at about $3,552 per square foot based on a combined strata area of approximately 3,660 sq ft.

All four units are fully leased, with three occupied by a spa and massage establishment and one leased to a hair salon. CBRE said the spaces will provide immediate rental income.

Foreigners and corporate entities are eligible to purchase, and no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty will be imposed.

The EOI exercise will close on 30 June at 3 pm.

Siglap V is located near residential estates in the east and is about a 14-minute walk or four-minute drive from Siglap MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.

The property is connected to other parts of Singapore, including the Central Business District and Orchard Road, with access to the East Coast Parkway.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
