Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio shophouses for sale: CBRE

The shophouses are priced at $13.5m and $37.5m respectively.

CBRE announced the sale of 2 HDB shophouses at Toa Payoh and Ang Mo Kio town centres. The properties are available for sale either collectively or individually.

Located at Blk 190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #01-564 at the heart of Tao Payoh Town Centre, the shophouse spans a strata area of 1,033 sf.

It has a wide frontage of about 7.5 m and will be subdivided into 3 units of which two have already been pre-committed and leased out.

It is also near the Toa Payoh MRT Station and Bus Interchange, HDB Hub, ERA APAC Centre, and Orange Tee Building.

In addition, several upcoming HDB housing developments are slated to develop next to the Town Centre by 2030.

Meanwhile, the other shophouse is located at Blk 702 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8, #01-2507 at the opening of the pedestrian mall.

It has a strata area of 4,036 sf, to be subdivided and fully-leased to five tenants including a beauty retailer, a chain fashion retailer, a hair salon, a beauty salon, and a financial credit service tenant.

It sits right next to Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange and AMK Hub and is also connected to Jubilee Square and Djitsun Mall

Housing developments such as Central Weave @ AMK, Yio Chu Kang Beacon, Lentor Hills Estate, and AMO Residence are also near the establishment.

Blk 190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh #01-564 is available for sale via private treaty at an indicative guide price of $13.5 million. 

Meanwhile, Blk 702 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8 #01-2507 is for sale at an indicative guide price of $37.5 million via an Expression of Interest exercise that closes on Thursday, 8 February 2024 at 3pm.
