CapitaLand completes acquisitions for Hersing JV

CapitaLand Limited announced that the acquisitions of the Properties by the Property Holding Companies from StorHub Self Storage Pte Ltd were completed on 31 July 2010.

Cap Store Pte Ltd and Hersing Store Pte Ltd have previously rescheduled the completion of its Storhub acquisition from 30 June 2010 to 31 July 2010, as StorHub Self Storage Pte Ltd demanded more time to seek approvals from Housing & Development Board and Jurong Town Corporation, the Head Lessors of the said properties.

CapitaLand’s joint venture with Hersing Corporation Ltd aims to provide storage facilities under the “StorHub” brand.
