LTA to issue new CBT cards for eligible commuters

The new cards will be available from 18 March to 30 June.

Adult commuters who converted to SimplyGo between 9 and 22 January 2024 can obtain a new CBT card from 18 March to 30 June 2024 at any SimplyGo Ticket Office.

SimplyGo Ticket Offices will extend their operating hours from 18 March to 26 May to facilitate card collection.

All senior citizen, workfare transport, and persons with disabilities concession cardholders and adult monthly travel card holders can have their SimplyGo cards replaced by CBT cards from 1 April to 31 May.

Only those who coveted their cards to SimplyGo on or before 22 January will receive a replacement.

Meanwhile, NETS Prepaid cardholders who bought cards between 9 January and 22 January can collect a free NETS FlashPay Card from 1 April to 30 June 2024 at any SimplyGo Ticket Office.

Commuters can keep and use their existing NETS Prepaid Card even after collecting their new NETS FlashPay Card. They can also request a refund on the remaining balance in the NETS Prepaid Card via the NETS App.
