Poon has 30 years of experience in scaling sustainable and tech-driven enterprises across agriculture technology, smart cities, and education.

Koltiva said Poon’s appointment is a strategic move to expand the company’s global impact.

“As we scale our solutions globally, Joe will guide Koltiva in unlocking investment, deepening ESG compliance, and strengthening digital traceability,” Koltiva added.
