
High Court places Nutryfarm under judicial management
An official from Nexia TS Risk Advisory will serve as judicial manager.
SGX-listed durian distributor, Nutryfarm International Limited, has been placed under judicial management (JM) with Nexia TS Risk Advisory’s Chan Yee Hong to serve as its manager.
In a bourse filing, Nutryfarm said their application to be placed under a JM was approved by the High Court of Singapore on 28 June.
“The costs of, and occasioned by this application be part of the costs and expenses of the JM of the company and be paid out of the assets of the company,” said the durian distributor.
Nutryfarm applied to be placed under a JM on 10 May by its creditor, Corpbond IV.
