Noble tweaks Q1 results release date, says will report earnings today

It was intially slated for Thursday.

Commodity trader Noble Group will report its first quarter results today after markets close.

The results release has been brought forward by two days. Noble had initially scheduled its Q1 results to be released on May 7, Thursday.

Noble has promised greater transparency in its disclosures. In an announcement dated April 22, Noble stated that its Q1 results will feature updated segmental disclosures to reflect its ongoing businesses after its 2014 Noble Agri transaction with COFCO.
