Olam Holdings Pte Ltd secures $1.9b loan facility

Proceeds from the loan will be used to refinance existing debts. 

Olam Holdings Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of Olam Group, has secured a $1.9b (US$1.5b) loan facility.

Olam Group said proceeds from the arrangement will be used to refinance existing debts. 

The contract will expire after 1.5 years.

HSBC will be the facility agent with Citibank, Emirates, and NBD Bank as senior mandated lead arrangers.
