Shen Yao independent director charged by CPIB, steps down

The director cited health reasons for his resignation.

Shen Yao’s independent director, Pek Choon Lee, has stepped down from his post.

Lee said his resignation was due to health reasons.

The company announced Lee's resignation two days after he had been changed for three offences under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPBI).
