Sri Trang Agro-Industry posts $26.7m net profit in Q1

It was driven by higher selling prices of natural rubber (NR) and gloves.

Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA) has reported a net profit of $26.7m (THB688.7m) for the first quarter of the year, improving from a net loss of $12.8m (THB329.7m) in Q1 2024.

The group said it was driven by higher selling prices of natural rubber (NR) and gloves.

During the period, revenue from NR came in at $1.08b (THB27.8b), growing by 57.7% YoY whilst the gloves totalled $253b (THB6.5b), increasing by 8.6% YoY.
