The majority of passengers say unlimited SIA Wi-Fi will improve flight experience

Over 80% said they will use the Wi-Fi service.

After Singapore Airlines extended its complementary Wi-Fi service, a survey revealed that 74% Singaporeans polled said the access to such services would greatly or somewhat improve their overall experience. 

Milieu Insight's survey also revealed that four in 10 non-Krisflyer members are considering to sign up for the loyalty programme due to the Wi-Fi feature.

Following the Wi-Fi service, 53% said they are inclined to choose SIA for their next overseas travel whilst 46% are indifferent.

The study used 1,000 respondents representative of the Singapore population by age, gender and ethnicity.
