SingTel's Optus Business signs 5-year S$70.5m services deal with Virgin Australia

Covers telco and managed services.

SingTel's Optus Business has signed a new S$70.5m agreement with airline Virgin Australia to deliver domestic and international telecommunication services as well as managed services over five years, reports OSK-DMG.

The research firm noted that the Virgin Australia deal follows a similar telecommunications and managed services agreement inked by Optus with ANZ.

"This is anothe rpositive win for Optus in a bid to broaden its managed network service and execute on the revamped branding exercise which accompanied the major cost-down initiatives group-wide over the last 12 months," said OSK-DMG.
