Tiong Seng wins $190m development contract for Outram site

It will work on 774 units and four levels of basement carparks.

SGX-listed Tiong Seng Holdings said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tiong Seng Contractors (Private) Limited has been awarded a contract of approximately $190m by Areca Investment.

Tiong Seng will work on the proposed residential development comprising 774 units with four levels of basement carparks, swimming pool and communal facilities on Lot 00189L TS 22 at Outram.

The site is expected to be possessed in May 2019.
