Boustead Projects wins $400m contract for public sector office complex

The deal follows three E&C contracts totalling over $550m.

Boustead Singapore Limited has announced that Boustead Projects E&C Pte Ltd has been awarded an engineering and construction contract valued at over $400m

The contract, awarded by a public sector client, is for the construction of an office complex in Singapore. It is expected to span three years.

The latest deal follows three engineering and construction contracts totalling over $550m secured within the past month. The group said it is its largest contract by value to date.

The award has raised the Real Estate Solutions Division’s order backlog to $837m and the Boustead Group’s engineering order backlog to $1b.

The group said it is not expected to have a material impact on profitability, earnings per share, or tangible net asset value per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2027, as most of the works will be carried out after the first year.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
