CSE Global FY2025 new orders hit $1b as Q4 electrification triples

The group closed the year with an order book of $709.5m.

CSE Global Limited hit $1b in new orders for FY2025, up 28.3% from $800.7m in FY2024, driven by growth in its electrification and communications segments.

The growth included an extension of an existing contract with a hyperscaler customer and major electrification contracts in the US liquefied natural gas (LNG) market.

The group closed FY2025 with an order book of $709.5m, it said in a bourse filing.

It secured $514.7m of new orders in the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2025 (Q4 2025), a 118.7% rise from $235.3m a year earlier, on the back of stronger demand for electrification solutions in the US.

The electrification business segment led fourth-quarter growth, surging 196.4% year-on-year to $414.5m, or about 80.5% of total order intake.

Notable contracts included four US projects worth $348m for the design and manufacture of power distribution centres, integration of electrical and control systems for the LNG market, and power management systems for data centres.

Meanwhile, the communications segment contributed $55.2m, or 10.7% of total intake, in Q4 2025.

The automation segment secured $45.1m, up 13.3% from $39.8m in Q4 2024, accounting for 8.8% of orders.

The company said the developments are not expected to materially affect net tangible assets per share or earnings per share, and none of its directors or substantial shareholders has an interest in the contracts.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
