CSE Global unit acquires Chicago Communications for $11.1m

It will expand the group’s communication businesses in the infrastructure industry.

CSE Global Limited’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CSE Crosscom USA, Inc., has acquired all issued and outstanding equity interests of Chicago Communications LLC for $11.1m (US$8.5m).

Chicago Communications sells, rents, installs, and maintains communications equipment for US customers who are located in Illinois and Indiana.

CSE Global said it will expand the group’s communication businesses in the infrastructure industry where demand for increased connectivity and security is expected to grow.

Following the acquisition, the company now covers four states in the US including California, Florida, Illinois and Indiana.
