King Wan Corporation bags $40.4m new contracts in Q1 2025

The projects are set to be completed in 2028.

King Wan Corporation secured new mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracts worth approximately $40.4m in Q1 2025.

The contracts include sanitary and plumbing supply and installation works for residential developments across Singapore.

The developments cover 650, 973, 848, and 1,334 public housing units at Kampong Arang Road and Sampan Place, Commonwealth Drive, Project BN, and Yishun Avenue 1, respectively, along with 937 condominium units at Marina Gardens Lane.

The projects are scheduled to be completed in 2028.

The contracts are not expected to have any significant impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the company for FY2026.
