Koh Brothers unit bags $77.6m contract for Toa Payoh Stadium works

The contract will conclude in May 2027.

Sport Singapore awarded Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited's subsidiary a $77.6m contract for piling and ground improvement works and Earth Retaining Stabilising Structure (ERSS) installation at the Toa Payoh Integrated Development site.

The 18-month contract commenced on 19 November and will conclude in May 2027.

Under the agreement, Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering Contractor will build the foundation piles and ERSS at the Toa Payoh Stadium site, following the required specifications.

The site will house sports, healthcare, a library, and park facilities.
