Lincotrade secures $35m AEI contract

The contract comprises service apartments, mall, and office spaces.

An asset enhancement initiative (AEI) works, comprising service apartments, retail mall, and office spaces, will be established soon in Singapore, Lincotrade & Associates Holdings Limited said.

In a statement, Lincotrade said it secured a new AEI contract worth $35m, the largest single contract. It will include fitting out and refurbishment which will be completed possibly by June 2024. 

The AEI contract will increase the Group’s order book to $78m for the next two years.

Aside from this project,  Lincotrade is building a large showflat project in Marina Bay, which is projected to be completed by June 2023.
