Lum Chang unit secures contract for New Bridge commercial development

The contract is valued at $29.14m.

Lum Chang Interior, a subsidiary of Lum Chang Holdings, has won a contract for additions and alterations to a four-storey commercial building with two basements at 291 New Bridge Road.

The contract, valued at $29.14m, includes the design, retrofitting, and building works for the mall, retail units, car park, and cinema.

It will span 18 months, with LC Interior scheduled to commence work in April 2025.
