Natural Cool Holdings to sell Kaki Bukit property for $1m

The group is expected to book a net gain of $168,000 from the sale.

Natural Cool Holdings’ subsidiary Nam Fang Co has granted ClosetDesign Holding an option to purchase its property at 9 Kaki Bukit Road 1 #02-10 Eunos Technolink for $1m.

The property is located at level two of a six-storey multi-user ramp-up industrial development with a 246-square-metre floor area and has a leasehold of 60 years.

The group is expected to book a net gain of $168,000 from the sale.

The total net proceeds from the sale, amounting to $1.06m will be used for repaying the mortgage on the property and the remaining for reducing the group’s liabilities and improving liquidity.
