Pan-United completes 35-hour concrete pour for The Skywaters foundation
The Skywaters will be Singapore’s tallest building.
Pan-United Corporation’s subsidiary, Pan-United Concrete, completed a mass pour of 10,250 cubic metres of concrete in January for the 5-metre thick raft foundation of The Skywaters at 8 Shenton Way.
The mass pour was executed non-stop for over 35 hours, with one truckload of concrete delivered to the site every two minutes. Pan-United Concrete worked with China Harbour Engineering Company, the project’s main contractor.
Pan-United’s technology arm, AiR Digital leveraged an AI-enabled optimisation system to manage the complex logistics.
Upon completion in 2028, The Skywaters will be Singapore’s tallest building. It will be a 63-storey mixed-use development, which rises 1,001 ft and sits on a site spanning 10,984 sq m.
The Skywaters is being developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings. It will feature luxury residential units, retail space, offices, and a hotel.
