Soilbuild bags $178.6m worth of new contracts

It includes a contract for a 10-storey multiple-user industrial development at Lok Yang Way.

Soilbuild Construction has been awarded new contracts with an aggregate contract value of approximately $178.6m.

This includes a contract for a 10-storey multiple-user industrial development at Lok Yang Way.

The group stated that the building will be constructed to meet the Building and Construction Authority's Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy standards.

It will also include a precast and prefabrication contract for the supply and delivery of precast components to the Housing Development Board projects.

Soilbuild said the new contracts will add more revenue visibility with the group’s order book standing at approximately $1.21b.
