Soilbuild Construction bags $85.5m contracts in Singapore

Soilbuild will work on Projects in Tampines and Bedok.

Soilbuild Construction has secured two new contracts worth $85.5m for projects in Tampines and Bedok.

The projects include the construction of a 10-storey multiple-user industrial development at Tampines North, as well as a precast and prefabrication contract for the supply and delivery of precast components to an HDB project at Bedok.

The Tampines North project will be built to achieve the eco-sustainable rating of Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy under the Building & Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Certification Scheme.

With the addition of the new contracts, Soilbuild Construction’s order book rose to approximately $1.23b.

“As a green builder, we will continue to increase the use of technology and data to better enable our customers to adapt to the energy transition and develop resilient infrastructure within their property portfolios,” Lim Han Ren, executive director and group CEO of Soilbuild Construction said.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
