TEC opens 13th Singapore hub to anchor global MNCs
TEC’s new facility at IOI Central Boulevard Towers offers 300+ workstations.
The Executive Centre (TEC) has opened its newest centre at IOI Central Boulevard Towers in Singapore, which the Economic Development Board (EDB) sees as an affirmation to Singapore's strength as an international hub.
The centre, which began operations in November 2025, occupies level 32 and offers more than 300 workstations, including private offices, meeting rooms, lounges, and event spaces.
TEC now operates 13 centres across nine locations in Singapore, including its previous expansion at Ocean Financial Centre in March 2025.
The launch event on 30 January 2026 was attended by Mr. Png Cheong Boon, Chairman of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), and Ms. Junie Fo, Vice President and Head for Professional Services of the EDB, along with TEC’s regional leadership team and invited business guests.
“The Executive Centre’s latest investment in Singapore reflects our strength as a trusted hub offering stability and a springboard for global businesses," Fo said.
“Flexible workspaces like The Executive Centre are part of Singapore’s ecosystem of partners that help companies start up quickly, forge connections, and scale across the region,” she added.
The centre is located at the junction of Central Boulevard and Raffles Quay, connected to Downtown MRT and near financial institutions, retail, and dining options in Marina Bay.
TEC said the space is designed to support collaboration and business operations, with amenities and infrastructure for multinational and regional companies.
