Darco Water Technologies promotes Joan Yeoh Ah Luan as Group Financial Controller

She was chosen to oversee the company's financial and accounting matters from its pool of accountants.

The Board of Darco Water Technologies announced the appointment of Joan Yeoh Ah Luan as Group Financial Controller.

Ms. Yeoh, 36, is currently the Company's Group Accountant and has been appointed as the Group Financial Controller. The Board has worked with Ms. Yeoh in her capacity as the Company's Group Accountant and having reviewed and considered Ms. Yeoh's qualifications and work experiences, the Board has approved her appointment as the Group Financial Controller.

She will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting matters of the Group.

Before her appointement, she was Group Accountant of Darco Water Technologies Ltd from January 2007 to September 2012 and Admin and Finance Manager of Darco Engineering Pte Ltd from May 2000 to December 2006.
