Hock Lian Seng Holdings appoints Kee Guan Chua as Executive Director

Mr. Kee has worked with Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure since 1983.

The Board of Hock Lian Seng Holdings announced the appointment of Kee Guan Chua as Executive Director, The Nominating Committee of the Company has reviewed the qualification, experience of Mr Kee and has recommended his appointment to the Board as an Executive Director of the Company. The Board is of the view that Mr Kee will contribute positively to the Group.

Mr Kee, 60, will oversee the contract and tender activities of the Group, according to a Hock Lian Seng Holdings report.

Mr Lee has been in Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure from 1983 to present. The last position he held was Head of Contracts and Tenders Department in charge of estimating project cost, project tenders, sourcing for building materials, evaluation and procurement of contracts for supply and subcontracting works and variations.
