Hoe Leong names Geoffrey Yeoh Seng Huat as director

As per the company's Articles of Association, he is subject to retirement and re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.

Hoe Leong announced the appointment of Geoffrey Yeoh Seng Huat as independent non-executive director.

Mr Yeoh, 58, will also be chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

He was CFO of PACC Offshore Services from 2013 to 2014, executive director at Jasper Investments from 2006 to 2012 and executive director at Econ International from 1996 to 2005, according to a Hoe Leong report
