Libra Group appoints Xu Ruibing to executive director

He was general manager of Kin Xin Engineering, a subsidiary of the group.

Libra Group announced the appointment of Xu Ruibing as executive director.

Mr Xu, 45, shall continue to be in charge of Kin Xin Engineering and will oversee the group's operation matters, according to a Libra Group report.

He was general manager of Kin Xin Engineering from August 2014 to August 2015. Before this, he was assistant general manager/deputy managing director/executive deputy managing director at Great Resources M&E Contractor from February 2005 to July 2014.
