Triyards Holdings appoints Lee Kian Soo as chairman

He is currently executive chairman of EMAS Offshore.

Triyards Holdings announced the appointment of Lee Kian Soo as non-executive chairman.

Mr Lee, 69, is currently executive chairman of EMAS Offshore since October 2014 and director at Ezra Holdings since January 2013. Before this, he was non-executive chairman at EMAS Offshore from February 2007 to October 2014 and executive chairman of Ezra Holdings from August 2000 to December 2012, according to a Triyards Holdings report.
