CWT Pte. Limited honoured at Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2025

The company’s Executive Chairman and Group CEO Michael Wang was recognised for driving innovation and sustainable growth.

Michael Wang, Executive Chairman and Group CEO of CWT Pte. Limited, won Executive of the Year - Logistics in the Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards 2025. The award recognises Wang’s strategic leadership and the company’s commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

Since 2022, Wang has led CWT Pte. Limited, steering the organisation through a period of significant growth and transformation. Under his guidance, the company implemented digital innovations, expanded its market presence in Southeast Asia and Hainan, China, and advanced sustainability initiatives across its operations.

Wang prioritised breaking down silos within CWT Pte. Limited, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organisation. This approach strengthened internal cohesion, enabling teams to deliver more integrated and value-added logistics solutions to clients navigating complex supply chains.

Investments in automation, data analytics, and smart supply chain technologies enhanced productivity and agility. The company’s 2.4 million-square-foot Mega Logistics Hub in Singapore, featuring automated container storage and retrieval systems, sets a benchmark for efficient and safe container management in the industry.

The company introduced solar energy solutions, energy-efficient lighting, electrified equipment, route optimisation, and emissions-reduction measures, significantly lowering its environmental footprint. Social responsibility initiatives, including support for the Children’s Cancer Foundation’s Hair for Hope campaign and mentoring students through the Supply Chain Challenge++, reflect a strong commitment to community engagement.

Under Michael Wang’s leadership, CWT Pte. Limited nearly doubled its net profit from HK$153m in 2022 to HK$304m in 2024, whilst CWT International Limited’s share price rose by 233%.
