Everise CEO Sudhir Agarwal wins Executive of the Year - Business Services at SBR Management Excellence Awards
Agarwal’s transformative leadership and people-first excellence have redefined the BPO industry.
Everise received the honour at the SBR Management Excellence Awards, which lauded Agarwal for making the company grow from a small team of four in 2016 into a global leader in customer experience platforms.
Agarwal’s dedication to fostering a supportive, diverse, and inclusive workplace has positioned Everise as one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry. Under his leadership, Everise has expanded its global footprint, notably during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The company now operates across multiple continents, with major expansions in Colombia and India, where it has created thousands of jobs. Everise proudly boasts a global workforce of over 20,000, including more than 5,000 employees in the U.S., over 6,000 in Asia, nearly 5,000 in Latin America, and others in Europe.
In early 2024, Everise continued its growth by opening new sites in Orlando and Florida in the US, Villa Nueva in Guatemala, and Isabela, Cauayan City in the Philippines. These new locations are part of the company’s mission to deliver high-value customer service whilst offering award-winning hybrid workspaces that contribute to local communities.
Agarwal’s strategic focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion has been a key driver of Everise’s success. At present, the company’s workforce represents 64 nationalities and speaks 32 languages, with women making up 62% of the global workforce and 48% of leadership roles. Moreover, employee satisfaction scores have surged to 91% in 2024, up from 85% in 2022.

Setting Everise apart from its competitors in the BPO industry is Agarwal’s people-first leadership approach. This has driven significant improvements in Everise’s Glassdoor ratings, which have risen from 2.5 in 2017 to an outstanding 4.6 out of 5.
Everise, under Agarwal’s guidance, has also pioneered innovative technologies that have transformed the customer experience industry. The launch of Ever-BI, a data analysis platform, has streamlined complex analytics and reduced hundreds of manual reports to just 20. Another groundbreaking initiative, EverAI Labs, is revolutionising both customer and employee experiences by automating tasks and enhancing agent performance.
