Savills Property Management Pte Ltd (Facilities Management) wins at SBR Management Excellence Awards 2024

The company was awarded for its Savills Facilities Management (FM) which has grown into an industry leader since its inception in 2019.

Savills Property Management Pte Ltd bagged the Team of the Year - Building Services &  Facilities accolade at the SBR Management Excellence Awards 2024. This recognition celebrates Savills FM's remarkable growth and transformation since its launch in 2019,  positioning it as an industry leader in facilities management.

The foundation of Savills FM began in 2018 when Savills Singapore expanded its real estate service offerings by creating a dedicated Facilities Management business division. In January  2019, Robin Leow was appointed Managing Director and Head of Savills FM, bringing a strategic vision that was pivotal in driving rapid expansion and securing significant FM projects.  Today, Savills FM manages an impressive portfolio of government buildings, corporate offices,  institutions, healthcare, and commercial properties across Singapore. Within its first year,  Savills FM grew to over 100 employees, a testament to its swift growth and increasing influence in the industry.

Savills FM has distinguished itself through the adoption of advanced technologies and alignment with industry-leading practices. By 2020, the division had fully digitised its operations and achieved key certifications, including ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE Star,  highlighting its commitment to operational excellence, safety, and quality.

With a strong focus on sustainability, Savills FM has continued to innovate in FM practices,  winning multiple awards in 2021 for its technological solutions. The launch of the Energy and  Sustainability Management Service Business in 2022 reinforced the company's dedication to environmentally friendly practices and sustainable growth.

In 2023, Savills FM marked a significant milestone by surpassing revenue benchmarks,  showcasing its role in managing complex, large-scale facilities management projects. Building on this momentum, Savills FM secured the Republic Polytechnic Integrated Facilities  Management Tender in 2024—a major S$115m contract that reflects its expertise in handling challenging and sizeable FM operations. Additionally, in the same year, Savills FM secured the Integrated Facilities Management contract for community hospitals, reinforcing its contributions to the healthcare sector and further solidifying its role as a trusted partner in facilities management across diverse industry segments.

Today, Savills FM is recognised for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in facilities management. Positioned as a top-tier provider, Savills FM is prepared to address emerging challenges and seize future opportunities within the industry.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
