Atrix at Aljunied almost sold out in two weeks

Only three of its 59 units are left unsold-to-date since it previewed last Sept 7.

Units still available include two warehouses and one ancillary canteen, said marketing agents at Huttons Real Estate Group.

According to marketing brochures, a warehouse of around 1,302 sft is being sold for $1,100+ psf. The canteen of about 1,787 sft in size meanwhile is put up for sale for almost $1,000 psf.

Atrix, a freehold light industry space just opposite Aljunied MRT station is developed by Hafary. It is composed of six storeys of seven warehouse units, 51 production units, and one ancillary canteen. Estimated maintenance frr is $150 per share value.

The commercial project is expected to receive top end of December 2013.
