2nd Chance Properties sells Lucky Plaza units to Lew Foundation

It was sold for $13.39m.

Second Chance Properties announced that Lew Foundation has exercised the option to purchase its units at Lucky Plaza on 15 November.

In a bourse filing, the company said the Lew Chee Beng-led foundation purchased the property at 304 Orchard Road #01-56/57/58/59 Lucky Plaza for $13.388m, excluding GST.

The property sold to Lew Foundation was owned by Second Chance Properties’ subsidiary, Better Chance Properties (BCP).
