Three contiguous floors of office space in 20 Cecil Street are on sale with an asking price of $36m to $37m each.
The property’s joint marketing agents, Colliers and PropNex, said the strata offices to be divested have a combined gross floor area (GFA) of 33,648 sq ft or a GFA of 11,216 sq ft per floor.
