The EOI closes on 19 June.

ETC announced the sale of a 4-storey single-user B1 industrial property located at 26 Ubi Road 4 via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise.

The property has an indicative price of $20m or approximately $619 per sq ft on the land area.

The 32,294 sq ft site has a gross floor area (gfa) of 61,372 sq ft with modern industrial specifications, including a glass-clad passenger lift, high ceilings for light manufacturing and warehousing, and an ancillary office space.

It is located in the Paya Lebar-Ubi industrial precinct near the Ubi MRT station (Downtown Line) and is easily accessible via major expressways, including the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).

Zoned “Business 1”, the property has a remaining JTC leasehold tenure of approximately 25 years.

The EOI will close on 19 June at 3 pm.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
