8M Real Estate taps Jocelyn Hao as new CEO

She recently served as General Manager, Licensing, Asia Pacific at Starbucks Coffee Company.

8M Real Estate has announced the appointment of Jocelyn Hao as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 15 October.

Hao brings over two decades of regional leadership experience in the retail and real estate sectors. Most recently, she served as General Manager, Licensing, Asia Pacific at Starbucks Coffee Company, where she oversaw operations across markets including Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, India, New Zealand, and Australia.

Her career has also included roles at Crocs, Uniqlo, Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis, and Robinsons Group.

According to 8M Real Estate, Hao’s background in market expansion, store innovation, and digital transformation is aligned with the firm’s community-focused development strategy.

The company stated her appointment reflects its ongoing commitment to adaptive reuse, cultural stewardship, and inclusive growth.
