The site will be sold with a 60-year leasehold tenure.

A ‘health & medical care’ redevelopment site at 351 Chai Chee Street, Bedok, is up for sale at an indicative price of $63m, according to CBRE.

The site spans approximately 60,282 square feet, whilst its four-storey medical facility holds a total gross floor area of around 58,928 sq ft.

The first and second floors are home to a medical centre and offices. The remaining floors accommodate a nursing home.

Meanwhile, an outline application has been submitted for a 12-storey assisted living facility with a medical centre at a plot ratio of 2.5.

The site will be sold with a 60-year leasehold tenure, starting from the completion date of the sale.
