CapitaGreen officially opens, boasts 83% committed occupancy

It was constructed in just 36 months.

CapitaLand’s prime office development CapitaGreen was officially opened today in the Central Business District (CBD).

The building currently houses about 30 multinational companies from diverse industry sectors including insurance, energy and commodities, technology and e-commerce, and financial services.

CapitaLand said the the development has an aggregate committed occupancy of 83%, or 583,200 square feet of total net lettable area.

Among its tenants are Bordier & Cie, Cargill, Catlin Asia Pacific, China Life Insurance, Fitness First, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Jones Day, Lloyds Banking Group, Rakuten, Schroders Investment Management and South32.

CapitaGreen was completed in 36 months, compared to the industry average of 40-42 months it would take to complete a building of this scale.
