CapitaLand India Trust’s NPI jumps 7% YoY  to $166.8m in FY22

The increase pushed CLINT’s DPU up to $0.0819.

With higher portfolio occupancy and income contribution from acquisitions, CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) was able to record a net property income (NPI) of $166.8m in FY22.

The FY22 NPI is 7% YoY higher than FY21.

The increase in NPI pushed CLINT’s income available for distribution and income to be distributed (DPU) up by 6% YoY to $105.7m and 5% YoY to $0.0819, respectively.

In FY2022, CLINT’s portfolio occupancy increased to 92% from 87% at last year's end. Amongst its properties, the IT park in Chennai witnessed the largest recovery in occupancy,  jumping from 65% in December 2021 to 92% in December 2022.

In the same year, CLINT acquired its seventh warehouse and first industrial facility.
