Centurion Accommodation REIT to raise $771.1m in IPO

Trading on the SGX Main Board will start on 25 September.

Centurion Accommodation REIT has launched an initial public offering (IPO) to raise about $771.1m through the sale of units at $0.88 each.

The IPO portfolio will consist of purpose-built worker and student accommodation across Singapore, the UK, and Australia

Trading of the units on the Singapore Exchange’s Main Board is expected to begin at 2 p.m. on 25 September.

Projected distribution yields for the enlarged portfolio are 7.47% for 2026 and 8.11% for 2027.

The public offer opened at 10 a.m. on 18 September and will close at 12 noon on 23 September.
