Chart of the Day: Check out the distribution of Singapore's flexible workspaces
Majority are concentrated at the Central Business District.
This chart from Colliers International shows that 83% of Singapore’s flexible workspaces are concentrated at the Central Business District (CBD).

Within the CBD, 52% of the sector is located at Raffles Place/New Downtown, followed by Shenton Way/Tanjong Pagar at 22%, City Hall at 16%, Orchard Road at 7% and Beach Road/Bugis at 3%.
In 2019, flexible workspaces has a 3.7 million sqft (340,000 sqm) net lettable area (NLA) island-wide from end-2015’s 1.2 million sqft (110,000 sqm) islandwide.
City Fringe captured 12% of flexible workspaces, whilst the remaining 5% are located in Suburban areas.
