Chart of the Day: Multiple-user factory space prices jump 1.2% QoQ

Other regions recorded drop in prices.

This chart from JTC Corporation revealed that the price of multiple-user factory space in the North region rose 1.2% QoQ in Q4 2019. Meanwhile, the prices in other regions declined between 0.5% to 0.7%.

In terms of land-use zoning, prices of spaces under Business 2 edged up 0.1%, whilst those under Business 1 dipped 0.4%. Only spaces with over 60 years of remaining tenure showed a growth in prices at 0.1%.

Overall, industrial space prices slipped 0.3% YoY in Q4, with prices of multiple-user factories falling 0.3%.
