This chart from Knight Frank shows that the upcoming office supply in Marina Bay/Raffles Place set to be launched by 2020 onwards is at 2.83 million sqft by gross floor area (GFA) as of Q4 2019.
The area takes up the most amount of upcoming supply, followed by the suburban area with 2.26 million sqft GFA and Shenton Way/Robinson Road/Tanjong Pagar with 1.26 million sqft.
Overall, the upcoming supply for 2020 to 2024 is set to add 7.8 million sqft.
