As part of the Government’s continuing efforts to offer more choices for industrial development, JTC Corporation (JTC) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) have launched five sites at Tuas South and Gambas Crescent for sale under the 2nd half 2013 IGLS Programme.

The 3 sites in the Tuas South area (Plots 20, 22 & 24) each has a 21-year-7-month tenure and gross plot ratio of 1.0, and are zoned for Business-2 development. The site at Gambas Crescent (Parcel 3) has a 30-year tenure and gross plot ratio of 2.5, and is zoned for Business-1 development.

These four sites are released for sale under the Confirmed List of the 2nd half 2013 IGLS Programme.

Separately, a site at Gambas Crescent (Parcel 4) is released for application for sale under the Reserve List of the 2nd half 2013 IGLS Programme. The land parcel has a 30-year tenure and gross plot ratio of 2.5, and is zoned for Business-1 development.
